• Please put a real first name or reasonable nickname. Please don't fill in something like MiStY_ROCKS_227 as your name; if you do, I reserve the right to shorten it to Misty.
  
  
• If you have a website you'd like linked by your name, please provide a link back here [in a logical place] on your site. If you DON'T want to provide a link back here, please leave the "website" field on the form blank.
  
  
• I reserve the right to not link your site if it has offensive content, crashes my browser, etc. You will still be added, just not the link.
  
  
• *The website link you provide must be your own site (co-owned is fine, of course), not just some random site.
